17 global thought leaders are going to lead an online conference over 3 days on October 28th -30th, 2020 to inspire the renaissance of our lifetime. Our legacy. Our mark on destiny.
Consciousness as the fundamental value of life and its activities.
Developing deep understanding of consciousness and opening pathways of refinement, allows us the capacity to evolve and transcend all paradigms of understanding. In recognition of the container that consciousness expresses, we can then address and shift all aspects of life from family to the greater collective that is community and its fundamental infrastructure.
How to tap into the quantum power of grief.
Our most powerful emotion is not love. We are told love is our most powerful emotion because we want to believe it. Sadly, this is a benevolent lie. Our most powerful emotion is hope in the face of annihilation. Love and empathy are a part of this, but there is so much more. Our world and our lives are rinsed in loss and grief. It has always been so. It will always be so. Enlightenment is a form of death. There is no closure. Closure is a lie. The infamous “Stages of Grief” are a pernicious lie that has been told to us over and over, to control us and put us to sleep. As this pandemic turns our world upside-down and rips us inside-out, it is time to source the quantum power of loss and grief in our lives and the untapped torment that resides in the heart of corporate consciousness.
Spiritual Intelligence and how to leverage it in your organization
Over the past decade, emotional intelligence and mindfulness have come to the forefront as necessary capacities for leaders. However, in order to navigate these challenging and tumultuous times, a new type of intelligence is needed that goes beyond the mind and the 6. Jackie will be looking at some of the guiding principles of spiritual intelligence and how they can be integrated and leveraged at both a strategic and day to day, practical level. You will not only get an intellectual understanding of spiritual intelligence but also you will be guided through different practices. This will allow you to experience the power of spiritual intelligence and then be able to integrate it into your work and personal life.
Why the world need more rebels like you?
Being conscious has several dimensions. To most, it is about being aware of things around them. To some, it is about being an integral part of something organic, or the feeling of being connected, and so on. My take is that being a rebel is the highest form of consciousness – the ability to meaningfully disagree and make a definitive difference. However, what does that mean, and how can organizations harness the energy of a rebel to become a more conscious organization? Let’s explore.

Getting Past “Are You Kidding Me?”
We are all in this together, yet many people don’t see it that way. We exist in a world where a large percentage of people are unwilling to change simple behaviors to help fight a pandemic, and people unwilling to consider the science of climate change even as their homes burn around them or are swept away in a windstorm. At work we face increased stress from economic uncertainties and changing marketplaces, where competition is only getting tighter. And many of us live in countries with dysfunctional governments whose politicians seem to care little for the people they are supposedly responsible for. Transcending alone is an unpalatable proposition, so we must find ways to convince others to join us on our journey. For many their first step will be the hardest and we need to be prepared to help. Let’s explore this challenge together.

The Nordic Secret
The massive scale leadership development program that was instigated 150 years ago in the Nordic countries where up to 10% of the population participated in 6 months consciousness development programmes. The aim was to create a cader of conscious leaders at all levels of society that could act as conscious co-creators of the next societal paradigm: the modern democratic nation state.
Dare to harness your diverse intuitions
The human mind is equipped for brilliance. It has in-built ingenious abilities to invent novelties, to solve impossibilities and to envision the future. Benefitting from this potential is critical now. We need people who specialise in solving the impossible. From the perspective of intuition, impossible problems do not exist. There is only inability to see solutions. We all have a pool of intuitions, some of which are more beneficial than others. The presentation will outline the potential of three most important and diverse intuitions which seem to be indispensable in radical innovating.
Conscious Principles for Moving from Conflict to Collaboration
In this talk, Henry Yampolsky, J.D. will explore what it takes for individuals and organizations to stop reacting to conflict with fear, avoidance or aggression and to start responding to it with strength, clarity and ease. Henry will challenge the participants to see conflict not as a phenomenon outside of us we must avoid, escape or control, but rather as a reflection of what is happening within us.
In recent months, our society’s empathy deficit has been laid bare – and it’s staggering. But there’s reason for hope. Humans are born to empathize and being empathic is good for us. This means in an era marked by climate change, political polarization, systemic racism, and a global pandemic, empathy can be deployed in the pursuit of individual and collective wellbeing. That’s what Purposeful Empathy is about. Drawing from leadership theory, positive psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, and civic action, this talk places empathy at the intersection of personal and social transformation.
The Carpenter and the Table
The common metaphor of Creation is one of intrinsic separation, as though a carpenter fashions a table of wood and stands back to admire it, and uses it for his own needs. Instead imagine a Carpenter who gets down on hands and knees and presents his back for use as a table. The Table and the Carpenter are thus one, unified in function. Every moment that the Table exists represents a choice by the Carpenter to function as a Table. As the universal laws of physics and energy reliably bind us together as a result of the ongoing choice of the Creator to function in this way, so you enable your families, teams, organizations and societies to exist as a result of your ongoing choice to function reliably as their Creator.
What’s Love Got to Do With It?
Change is a given at work and in daily life — and we try to control it. Can you blame us? We like to feel safe and secure, that we know where we're going, and exactly what will happen. But how can we control nature, evolution, or people’s emotions? We can continue to fight against, try to control more, or finally surrender into the unknown. True transformation can happen all on it’s own, or be supported, nurtured, and encouraged. My experience shows a trend of lasting positive change when we step into a space of love, presence, and surrender to a higher power. For the unknown, the people, the mission and vision, the unravelling, and the new creation. Join me in an exploration of real stories of transformation and what is possible when we use love and faith as a guide for emergence and evolution.

Helping Women Leaders Expand Their Capacity by Living Harmoniously
Throughout history women have been striving to reclaim POWER over their lives and careers. Women have had to face greater challenges for creating and maintaining their share of responsibilities in life and business. This talk will help inform current and future women leaders to create and manage harmony in their lives and in leadership roles using and defining these 7 PILLARS OF HARMONIOUS LIVING as their foundation. We will explore what trends, traits and processes are embodied by a HARMONIOUS women leader, and seek to discover these answers in a way that is soul-driven and purposeful by questioning: What are the qualities that make women leaders successful? Do the 7 PILLARS OF HARMONIOUS LIVING support the notion of a harmonious leader? Does the new horizon in leadership which shifts the POWER structure to an EMPOWERED dynamic support the notion of a HARMONIOUS leader? How does your self-discipline and surrender affect your flow in life and business? Have you felt more empowered in leading your team once you consciously decided to create and maintain harmony in your personal life? What effects have you seen shift in your organization and how have interactions with your colleagues transformed? Were you inspired to create leaders within your organization? Are you willing to be vulnerable with other women leaders by sharing personal insights from your life and business experiences?
Developing the Conscious Leadership Mindset for the 21st Century
The Industrial Age is forever behind us. So too are its many leadership and organizational design paradigms that stress top/down, command and control, patriarchal leadership methods and the linearity and bureaucracy of the Org Chart. In its place has emerged a rapidly changing and highly disruptive new Innovation and Technology Age. In addition we currently have the 4 most independent minded, highly educated and self empowered generations in history in the workplace. These two dynamics have combined to render the methods and models of the past so obsolete they have become liabilities. This session will provide details on a new “Conscious Leadership” method and an innovative organizational model that is specifically designed for the complexities of the modern world. Based upon Jeffrey’s international award winning, best selling book “Developing the Conscious Leadership Mindset for the 21st Century” this session will provide attendees with practical information and tools that can be learned today and leveraged tomorrow on how to transform into being a more conscious leader.
Living with integrity to make lasting change
What do we need to make real change in the world? How do we keep showing up to work on the big issues like environmental and social justice without burning ourselves out? And does individual action even count when the world is burning around us? Award-winning Conscious Business Leader, Kathryn Sheridan works with companies and leaders on credibility in sustainability and leadership. She believes that credibility builds trust and that to be credible, we need to be operating from a place of integrity. Too many people and companies ‘put on a good show’ without acting with integrity, preferring to see ‘who can shout the loudest’ rather than having authentic presence and a commitment to real change. Kathryn will talk about how we show up in the world, the impact of our individual actions and the power of being aligned with our values. Hers is a plea for more honesty and integrity in the workplace and in the world.
